Welcome to E-Com Worldz, an online store selling custom printed t-shirts and apparel, delivering islandwide across Sri Lanka. By accessing and using our website at ecomworldz.fit, you agree to comply with the following terms. Please read them carefully before making any purchase.

USE OF THE WEBSITE

• You must be at least 18 years old, or have parental consent, to make a purchase.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration and checkout.
• You may not use our website for any unlawful or unauthorised purposes.

PRODUCTS & PRICING

• We sell custom printed t-shirts and apparel. Products include round neck, polo, and oversized styles.
• Prices are listed in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR). Our products range from LKR 1,500 to LKR 4,500 depending on style and customisation.
• Delivery fee is LKR 400 for Colombo district and LKR 500 for all other districts.
• Prices are subject to change without notice. The price shown at checkout is the final price.
• Custom and personalised orders are final once printing has begun — no cancellations.

ORDERS & PAYMENTS

• Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.
• We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and Bank Transfer.
• Phone number verification via OTP is required before completing a purchase.
• For bank transfer orders, a receipt (screenshot or PDF) must be uploaded before the order is confirmed.
• For COD orders, payment is collected at the time of delivery.
• For bank transfers, the order will be processed after payment confirmation is received.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

• We deliver islandwide across all 25 districts of Sri Lanka via third-party courier services.
• Standard delivery takes 3–5 working days depending on your location.
• Delivery fee is LKR 400 for Colombo district and LKR 500 for all other districts.
• Need it sooner? Contact our hotline at 078 359 3322 for urgent order requests.
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or circumstances beyond our control.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect delivery addresses provided by the customer.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

We only accept returns for damaged or defective items. Refunds are issued via direct bank transfer. Please refer to our full Refund Policy for complete details.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website including the E-Com Worldz logo, product images, graphics, and text are the property of E-Com Worldz. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

E-Com Worldz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. We make no warranties beyond what is expressly stated in these terms.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
